| For nearly five years, Ron Osenenko ran the Woodstock Music Shop with the single, heart-guided mission to support Woodstock's remarkable fraternity of great musicians until a heart attack tragically took his life. | ||||||

The concert raised funds for the John Herald Fund, operated by Family of Woodstock Inc. which was established in John's memory to help people navigate through one-time unexpected financial challenges. Ron Osenenko was well known for his generosity and for having a big heart, helping musicians through difficult times. which is why his friends and family chose this fund to support. |

| Charles Lyonhart was back at 'Ten Railroad Avenue' in New York state on Friday Jan 10 to sit in with long time friend and co writing partner in crime, Marty Joe Kupersmith. | Charles Lyonhart's classic song about insomnia, "Any Price for Sleep", from his new release "down to the hard line", will be featured on the new "Rock and Roots" Sampler CD from Oasis. Currently in the engineering stage and scheduled for distribution in late July or early August, the CD will be distributed to up to 500 radio stations. "Rock and Roots" is also distributed to industry insiders such as record producers, movies/soundtrack producers and talent scouts.
